It has spectacular views across to Mt. Maroma (2066m) and the white villages of this region. It is within 20 minutes of the coast and only 45 minutes from Malaga airport. The towns of Nerja, Colmenar and Antequerra are within easy reach as are the cities of Seville, Cordoba and Granada. The ski slopes of the Sierra Nevada are also only 2 hours drive away.

Casa Almendros is owned and run by Rebecca & David Francis with occasional help from their children Alice & Alexander. They aim to provide a comfortable and welcoming environment with quality service so guests can relax and enjoy the beauty of their surroundings.

The accommodation consists of two double rooms and one twin room, all tastefully decorated in typical Andalucian styles and all en-suite with tea and coffee making facilities. All rooms have a fan, a heater and are non-smoking. A cot or extra bed, for a child, is available for a nominal charge.

The rooms each have a terrace with table & chairs outside overlooking the garden area. 

Breakfast is included in the room price and is served in the rustic dining room or on the terrace. An evening meal is available on request and, during the summer, a BBQ for all our guests will be offered once a week. Please ask for details and prices .

Activities available in this area include:

Walking, cycling, fishing, boating, horse riding, bird watching, tennis, golf, beach activities and Aqua Park.

There is also a large indoor shopping center nearby with a multiplex cinema showing an English language film each week. There are good local markets to visit for your holiday bargains and many good value bars and restaurants available within the area

This area of the Axarquia has many small white villages to be explored and there are some beautiful drives into the Parque Natural of the surrounding Sierras. Not to be missed are the local summer fiestas and the parades that take place during Easter and Christmas.
